ESG stands for Environment, Social, and Governance, which are the non-financial elements of a company.


"ESG Management" refers to pursuing sustainable development through eco-friendly practices, social responsibility, 

and transparent management from a long-term perspective.

Environment


We are committed to using eco-friendly packaging materials while maintaining high functionality in our skin-conscious formulas. Furthermore, we will establish basic principles for environmental management and implement a system for regular review and improvement.




Social


We manage working conditions, workplace improvements, human rights/labor standards, and policies. We strictly adhere to human rights protection principles to build an organizational culture where the happiness and diversity of our members are respected.





Governance


Based on our Code of Ethics, we have established guidelines for conduct for our internal members. We practice ethical management through the operation of ethical reporting channels and continuous monitoring. This scope includes anti-corruption, fair competition, and the prevention of conflicts of interest.

- Take full responsibility for any unethical behavior.


2. Reporting and Counseling for Unethical Behavior

- Immediately report or seek counseling if you become aware of any personal or third-party actions that violate the Code of Ethics.

- Be aware of the various methods available for reporting or consulting on ethical violations.

- Failing to immediately report known or suspected violations.

- Refusing to cooperate with investigations into potential violations.

Respect for Human Rights



We respect all members as human beings and strive to prevent any actions that constitute human rights violations.




Prohibition of Forced Labor



We do not coerce labor against a member's free will through mental or physical restraint, including slavery or human trafficking. We do not require the surrender of government-issued IDs, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.

Prohibition of Child Labor

We do not employ children or adolescents under the age of 15.


Young Workers

For workers under 18, we comply with labor laws and ensure they are not engaged in hazardous or dangerous work.

Working Hours

Regular and overtime working hours follow the standards set by the labor laws of each respective country or region.
Wages

Employee wages are set to exceed the minimum standards defined by the labor laws of each respective country or region.

Non-Discrimination
